Character Bios and Information - Cletus Kasady

Cletus Kasady:
 birth date- August 11th, 1974(confirmed)
 height- 6' 1"
 hair- red(sometimes dyed black or brown)
 eyes- green(sometimes wears blue contacts)

 Cletus Kasady was infamous as Carnage. An insane man bonded with the alien
offspring of Venom, he was one fo the world's most dangerous men. Superheroes
feared him. His allies in the villain world didn't care much for him either.
But soemthing happened.

 In February of 2001, he was taken from his cell on a transfer order. The
papers were phony, however, falsified by Aram Jacobs, an insane genetic scientist
with plans for immortality, and world conquest. Carnage was to be used as a 
henchman. Beaten, drugged, and a wirst gauntlet that could stop his heart,
he was forced into the role. But the promise of becoming immortal himself made
his spirits soar. Death had always been his only fear. It kept him from
wiping out everything, and anything. He was used to collect test subjects for
the experiments, as missing persons reports in the area were beginning to
point to the labs.

 But it went wrong. After perfecting the drug, Jacobs injected Cletus with
a similar drug which enhanced the immune system. This changed Cletus Kasady
forever. The instincts to kill were gone, as were the insane visions. His
head was clear. Talked out of killing himself, Cletus asked the final test
subject, Jack Arden, for help. Doing soemthing he might regreat later on,
especially since he didn't think he deserved it, he had himself injected
with the immortality drug. It was the only way to remove the wrist gauntlet
and stop the scientist.

 Cletus shocked Venom with his new heroic attitude, something Venom didn't
know what to make of at first. But he eventually learned to deal with it.
Cletus ad things to deal with too..... mainly, his past. He knew that being
immortal, those memories would haunt him. But he vowed to redeem his name, as
well as the name of Carnage.

 But it wasn't to be. The Carnage symbiote took a dislike to the new Cletus,
splitting away, now capable of taking humanoid form without a host. After
presumably stopping it, the symbiote returned. It was in this time Cletus
learned many things. He wasn't born evil- he was born with an evil inside him.
His life had been influenced by posession from the Dark God, Domientius.
Cletus also learned his true birth date as well- the same day Domientius entered
this dimension. 

 Cletus was key in the defeat of this being in the realm of Sub-
Nizzuran, taken from based on the twisted world he had envisioned while he was
Carnage. He was also officially declared sane and released from the care of
Dr. Kafka shortly before the final battle with Carnage. Cletus was reluctant 
to join up with the NSA, but Jack talked him in to it. Not that he has 
complained since, as now, he has an even better chance of redemption. The year 
retirement allowed him to take a normal job, but it offered no sign of helping 
the world.

 Cletus is skilled in small pistol usage, preferring to use two .45 caliber
pistols. He refuses to use blade weapons due to his memories of being Carnage.
He also enjoys using Remote Time Detonators, the same explosives they had used
to destory Jacobs Research Labs. He prefers the newer variety with the auto-
detonation button on the remote. grenades are also another of his preferred
arsenal, and can sometimes be seen wearing a belt of them on his chest. Unlike
Jack, Cletus wears no real outfit. He can normally be seen in a pair of
jeans, tan work boots, and one of several colors of t-shirts.

 Cletus has also avoided relationships, but for his own reasons. He prefers
not to allow anyone to get near him, since he used to be Carnage. This fact
still influences him, though he is long past those days. He has also debunked
the possibility Dr. Kafka had somehow fallen for him, as he felt the idea to
be too unbelievable. He currently spends his free time on a couch, watching 
television and eating potato chips.

NOTE: Cletus is Marvel's property, though new history on the character,
as it relates to the fanfic, is all mine.
 



Notes: Basically set in the Marvel Universe, I will be using a lot of my
own continuity for this series, and generally focus on the main characters.
Appearances by Marvel's universe will be special occurences. Crossovers with
characters/titles from other companies will be treated as "single universe",
not as "2 universes crossing temporarily". I will also try to ignore major
Marvel comic story arcs. Cletus Kasady, Carnage, and other Marvel characters
